Alongside Families is a Christian religious nonprofit organization with a statement of faith and Christian fellowship commitment that all staff, board members, partner churches, and volunteers affirm.
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for oversight and facilitation of volunteer approval from application through final approval steps. The Volunteer Coordinator will also be responsible for developing a volunteer appreciation program that creates an environment of celebration and care of volunteers and will schedule, plan and execute volunteer trainings, events, and celebrations.
The Operations & Systems Coordinator is the key leader to build out sustainable workflows and ensure smooth processes for the organization. This candidate will also be responsible for managing payroll, bookkeeping, some human resources related duties, organizational compliance needs, process review and refinement, technology implementation, and reporting.
